The cream consistency is thick, sticky feeling. I received one for Christmas. This one is fresh, smooth, glides on better.

I've been using this stuff for two weeks. I really wanted it to work and wish this was a 5 star review. I like Kiehls' products in general, but this doesn't do anything at all. Not a slight reduction in puffiness, not reduction of dark coloration, barely even moisturizing. My cheap other moisturizer ($8) works much better.I even ran an experiment on a few days where I put it on one eye and nothing on the other and saw 0 difference immediately following and/or throughout the day. I have used it every day since getting it, applying liberally, and see no difference longer term.If this product were free I'd still use something else, but it's also very expensive. Save your money.

Always my go to. I have used several products and I get the best results from this product.

I like lite not heavy product, if you do nothing then nothing will happen.
