Are you ready to get amazing results in less than 30-minutes a day…with absolutely no equipment needed? Mike Donavanik’s new DVD Xtreme Burn Bodyweight Blast will deliver just that! The DVD includes three insanely effective, high intensity workouts: STRENGTH: this killer 30-minute HIIT workout is a total body blaster. It utilizes dynamic and highly effective bodyweight strength moves, to challenge and push you to the next level! CARDIO: burn an insane amount of calories, in under 20-minutes! This workout takes Tabata protocol and pushes it even further to skyrocket your metabolism and maximize your fat burning potential! ABS & CORE: led by YouTube fitness superstar, Kym Nonstop, this 20-minute workout goes above and beyond what you expect in an ab routine. Sculpt, lengthen and define your core for a tighter and sexier midsection. Mix & Match these workouts based on your schedule and how much time you have to exercise. If you only have 20-minutes, go for an intense calorie burner. If you have more time, tack another workout on to really ignite your metabolism and send it into overdrive. And for the ultimate challenge, combine all three for a truly insane sweat fest!

Another winner from Mike!
I have all of Mike's DVD's and love each of them. He always offers new dynamic exercises that work the whole body and get the heart rate up. I've particularly enjoyed his newer workouts that are 30 minutes or less. I just got this DVD and did the cardio and abs workouts yesterday and the strength today. Each workout was challenging and fun, and the time flew by. I was not familiar with the instructor in the abs workout, but I totally loved her and the routine. My abs have not been sore in a long time, but I felt it in my obliques shortly after completing the workout and the next day. The only critique I have is lack of a warmup in the cardio workout - the other workouts have short warm ups. The first round of the cardio can be used as a warm up if you take it a little slow at first and aren't working out first thing in the morning, when the body may be stiff and less coordinated. I happen to work out in the morning, so I did my own quick warm up and it works fine for me. However, I enjoy Mike's quick warm ups and it would have been nice to have one for each workout. I will give a heads up that the last exercise of the strength and cardio workouts is the hardest, of course! The last cardio exercise was particularly tough and I barely made it through the last 10 seconds, but Mike didn't stop so I was certainly not going to! I was really huffing and puffing through the beginning of the cool down! I also got his new Diesel workout which I plan to do in a couple days, and can't wait!

Get it, get out...30 minutes!
Three great sweat-dripping routines; 30 minute total body blast, 20 minute cardio, 10 minute core. I combine the cardio and core... awesome!
