Initially, and on the basis of other reviews, I chose a 14, but found that they were too loose. Noting that they were marked as 'Free Return', I contacted the seller and was indeed able to get them promptly exchanged for a 12, though I had to pay the return postage, which doesn't strike me as 'Free'.The trousers themselves are OK - they are slightly too short, as were the 14 (I am 6'), and don't appear to fit particularly well, or perhaps that's just me. Also there were loose threads round the buttonholes.

I really don’t know where the good reviews come from and if we have purchased the same product.I bought a 22 and they are not bigger than a 18! Legs could be fine but you should have no hips! Is this a joke?Total waste of money and they are not even the cheapest one!Very very disappointed, don’t throw your money with this.

These are lovely trousers, but size seems to depend on colour. I bought green size 18 and they were a comfortable, roomy fit, I then ordered light brown same size, but they are about two sizes smaller, despite the same size tag. Black ones size 18 are between the sizes of the afore described.

I've given this product an overall 5* due to the customer service which was great. These pants are lovely but sadly just didn't fit me very well :-( I had a problem with the return label however the seller responded promptly and sorted the issue immediately which makes me more inclined to try their products again.

Really liked these. Following other reviews, bought a larger size than I normally would but that was a bad plan. Reordered my normal size and they are my most comfortable work trousers. So comfy, still smart & better than my more expensive trousers from a well know expensive high street store! Wish there were more colours that I would wear as I'd buy more! (Have got grey, ordered brown but they are very brown!)

I love this product is have several pairs works perfectly for work. I love that even if you have large calf's it doesn't matter it just looks nice. Although they are on the long side it doesn't bother me. The only draw back is that the seems are not well made and you will have frayed edges around the buttons and other lose seems. But in general the product is good enough. And it's one of the very few that actually suits my body tipe

I have now ordered 5 pairs of these (size 16) - both brown and gray pinstripes, beige, tan, and green. They have a gentle stretch, making them super comfortable for sitting in my office all day. They do not crease much at all. They wear well, are soft material, and went through the wash without affecting any stitching or any other negative effect.

Really smart comfortable trousers. Good quality material, don't crease easily and flattering waist band.I have very long legs and like trousers to sit over high heels nicely but I found it very easy to take the hem down another half inch.I've just come back online to buy another pair.
