Decent product, excellent support
The product works well and even at full extension is effective.

Happy with purchase, but packaging was a nightmare
Bought to clean our conservatory roof...worked as expected and was able to take the cloth off and wash it. Only downside was the packaging. It was so tightly packed with black plastic wrapped all down the handle and the head. It was very difficult to get off, and hubby ended up cutting his hand in the process. Totally unnecessary.

The cleaning head comes apart when in use, and also attachment comes off all the time.Woukd not recommend to anyone.

Very bendy, with no sponge only a thin cover to try to clean windows, I guess you get what you pay for

Cleaning at height
At full extension it's hard to get enough pressure on squeegee to clean windows ..Height is good ..washing pad good ..

Extending pole breaks
Extending pole stuck after second use and can no longer extend or retract it. Did the job but will need to invest in a new one as this product was clearly faulty or just a very bad design.
