Great for strengthening core and balance!
I have used this for a year at the warm water therapy pool I go to to strengthen my core. It has worked wonders for strengthening my core and back muscles. I finally decided to buy this to have when I travel so I can use it wherever I go. Sturdy, durable, lightweight and great thing to add to your pool exercises.

Great for exercising in the pool.
My Physical Therapist suggested this to help me strengthen my core, due to a disc issue. It really works out balance and core, but if the injury is recent I suggest a lot of caution, as if you are not yet used to this, it can suddenly move your spine in ways that cause pain. Start on the low end and go slowly. There are a few YouTube videos with exercises you can do.

Works great on building core strength!
This product is awesome. It was used during my aqua therapy for back surgery recovery. I liked it so much I bought one for home. It is now one of the first things I reach for in my home aqua workouts.
