Good product But have to consume a specific way
First I would like to state that you will need a shake mixer bottle. You can get them for about $7 at walmart for a basic one.It is just a bottle with a wiske ball in side and a top that has a popup lid and measurements on the side. You will need this!! Its in the pharmacy area with the shake mixes.Next most people will need a juice like orange juice to put it in. This helps with the taste and after taste.Put about 10ounces of juice in the bottle and a scoop of the powder. close it up with the whisk ball and shake for about 5 seconds. Then just pop it open and drink it down quick. It tastes Like OJ with something also in it but not overpowering.I have had two batches and one was very grainy the other not. The one that was not grainy had a stronger flavor and still didn't really desolve.Doing this the taste is fine with no after taste although you may want to use a different juice. It is up to you and your taste. I use the frozen oj that is pure and mix in water. Now the benefits. After about 3 days for me i started to feel like I had much more energy. i started to wake up quicker (about 5min) and actually stopped drinking coffee in the mornings unless I just wanted a cup for the taste. Before this I had 1-2 coffee mugs of coffee a day for about 15 years and took about 30-45 min to wake up. I also seem to be more alert and active during the day. And have noticed I sleep a bit less than before at about 6.5 hrs instead of the 8hrs I needed before. And I think I even sleep deeper without waking up in the night. That hasn't happened in years. Also If I do take a nap at home it isn't as long as it used to be and it is more refreshing. 30-45min is fine. Before it would be 2 hours. I used to laugh at people talking about a refreshing 30min nap.To be clear I have a very busy schedule working a lot of OT. This unfortunately means my diet isn't the best at getting fresh foods in my diet or eating regular meals. This helps with issue of getting the fruits and vegetables in my diet which apparently I was in desperate need of.Also I like the new price at $16 over the $20 price. Last time I reordered i got 2 of them. They arrived very quick. On a side note I have also started having slim fast shakes instead of a dinner at work(2nd shift) and in about 2 months between the two things have lost about 25pounds(i am 240pounds now). And it seams to be falling more. I have used the lunch time to take a small 20min nap and have seen my work performance rise greatly through the entire day. I usually work to 2am and Don't go to sleep till about 3:3-4am Hence the nap needed.UPDATE 12-26-16Well it has been a few months sense the last update. I still seem to have plenty of energy and waking up in about 5 mins not needing coffee. I still get a nap before going to work although I have missed it on occasion. I don't get my nap at lunch because of the cold and haven't noticed a issue usually. Still wide awake when driving home. Life saver this stuff. Like I said before I work a lot of OT on second shift. We also work sat a lot however we come in at 10am. I have found that unlike before I started taking this I am not as tired and sleepy getting up so early after being used to waking up later. It was really put to the test on Christmas eve were the night before I didn't go to bed till 4:30 because I had to worked to 3am so we wouldn't have to work sat. The I had to wake up at 8am to go to my brothers house to have Christmas. I was awake and alert with plenty of energy.UPDATE 4-27-17Well I am still taking this every day. There have been some small changes. With the last couple of batches have found I am usually really sleepy in the morning and i get a cup of coffee, although I may not finish it. Also On my own I have stopped taking the nap at lunch. I also may or may not get a nap before work. The early sat shifts are still fine. As are the late night driving which really makes it worth it. Don't have to worry about getting killed on the road.I am not getting necessarily the huge burst of energy but its very steady. i Don't usually eat lunch at work and have been having the shake mixes. Not having a issue. Usually eat something after work.I have stopped loosing pounds but am dropping inches. Went from 44 to 41 in at the naval.I am wondering if they changed their formula.Update 1-1-18I THINK this will be my final updateI have been a little lax in taking the mix sense they changed the formula. I think I liked the other one better. This new formula i can detect in the OJ stronger. However I am still feeling pretty good. Maybe it got me over a hump or something. Also the hours are being cut with my shift lately getting off at 12:30- 1:15am instead of 2am. Also I haven't worked a Sat for months.I am waking up pretty quick and while I many times do get a coffee I usually don't finish it and only drink about 1/4 to 1/2 a mug. I have stopped eating at lunch usually and mostly don't take a nap. Driving at night I am wide awake with no issues. I am still getting about 5-6.5 hours sleep and feeling good.I can say this formula has likely saved my life on the road. It gave my body what it needed to make energy to keep me awake and alert working the many hours working and driving. I still keep a container of OJ made up in the fridge and take it when feeling tired or working a lot. Just not every day.Update 10-5-23Well it has been a while sense I have last taken the mix. I fell off it for a while I think in 2019 when our work dropped off greatly and I wasn't working ot. I then transfered to a different department and covid hit and the hours dropped a huge amount and then I was working a latter 1st shift so no late nights.I have recently been having issues with sleep and energy again and am on a first shift early morning. Even had some issues with driving and being very sleepy.I pulled out my remaining bottle and ordered a new one (wow the price went up!). I have been taking for a bout 2 weeks so far. I have noticed a increase of energy and after taking a dose usually i am not as sleepy and am awake. Also my sleep is starting to be affected and am sleeping most of the way through and not waking constantly. OT is starting to come back and I plan on taking as much as I can.

The taste isn't as bad as people are making it to be - IMO
When you're looking for an amazing natural, RAW, non-GMO, organic supplement that will give you 5-10 servings of fruits and vegetables per day in addition to the probiotics and immune support, I feel like there has to be some give and take with the taste and benefits of the product. I put it in my vanilla meal replacement shake and it adds a nice sweet taste to it. The berry taste is there, and yes, you can taste the greens, but that is what it is - greens and berry. I like that I know I'm consuming something so natural and that they haven't done so much to alter the natural flavor what it actually is. I tried it for the first time today and compared it to the one I normally use. The other is sweeter, but this one makes me feel more confident about the nutrition being provided. Throw in a banana and I think that will help quite a bit.

okay tasting in smoothie-not alone.
This is full of so many good things- wheatgrass, spinach, acai.... The taste was hard to get down the first time. I tried it again blended with a banana and water, and used half the scoop. It was much better. I figured that as I get used to it, i can work up to a full scoop. The first time, the taste reminded me of if you mixed dry spinach, diet pills, and crystal light into a blender, and it was so chalky. Once I used less and mixed with the banana it was more like a green smoothie. Still tasted the spinach, still a little chalky, but much easier.

A clear A+ in a world of B- supplements
EDIT: 9/4/2016I posted my initial video review of my unpacking this berry green food to give everyone a feel for what they would get "right out of the box." After having used it a few days longer, here are my thoughts on this organic green "superfood" blend...First, this manufacturer uses something called "monk fruit" which is a healthy alternative to stevia or other sweeteners. I am always looking for alternatives to stevia (which I think tastes horrible), and as anyone trying to take care of their body knows, an alternative to normal sweeteners is what we look for. A+ on that one, especially as I have not seen others doing this.It contains the "must-have's" with fruits and etc. like Spirulina, goji, acai, and green tea (to name a few) in its organic antioxidant blend, and it has two other blends as well (a fiber blend and a probiotic blend, both organic, and both full of really awesome ingredients), which make it a true powerhouse for this type of product.Moving on let's talk synergy, because that is incredibly important to anyone trying to eat right and exercise correctly: An antioxidant, a fiber, and a probiotic blend, each of which is 100% organic, all in one mixture, is a HUGE plus for me, especially with the vitamin and mineral balances this supplement has. I don't know about anyone else, but having gone the route of taking tons of different supplements and shakes all at once, it gets old. This product combines a lot into one serving, which is a mega-plus.The real question for most though: How do I feel, and do I like the taste? As far as how I feel on it, I like it a lot. I think it is a 100% legit supplement which, particularly due to its organic synergistic blends, is more than worth the money. The taste is far, far better than most supplements I have come across (let's face it, most of them taste like ground bark mixed with seaweed), and while there is the slightest taste of barley-green in the background, it is oddly pleasant... and I am NO fan of the way barley-green tastes on its own.[...]. I try to give high-quality reviews on products I like, and I'm all for this one.

Not for me...
I'll give it the benefit of the doubt and give it 3 stars instead of 2. I went to an allergist because I was experiencing all sorts of inflammation... I was reacting to pretty much everything food-wise after major surgery (all the antibiotics they pumped into me wreaked havoc on my intestines and the gut flora). On my list of sensitivities (I hesitate to say actual allergies), I had many fruits and vegetables. I've made incredible progress after sticking to a very strict diet for the better part of 8 months... and now I'm slowly (and very carefully) starting to re-introduce certain foods. I didn't eat a single piece of fruit or veggies during those 8 months. The time has come for me to re-introduce and get used to fruits and veggies again. Rather than bombard my body with the full physical form of these fruits and veggies, I figured it may be easier on my system to slowly build up with some of this powder. My plan was to do a month of this powder, then continue to ease into the real things. This is to be used as a supplement under normal circumstances... not a total substitute for the real thing. In my case, I'm using it to start getting my body used to these types of foods again. I should say, I'm not a doctor. I didn't consult with any doctors. It just makes sense to me logically - taking baby steps in my recovery.I'm happy to report that I didn't have any negative reactions/consequences after having this supplement. I've chugged some pretty disgusting things during my recovery (bone broth... even the thought of it now makes me sick), and this ranks up there as one of the worst tasting things... It smells sweet, but it was pretty misleading. I took a sip as a taste test and gagged. At that point I knew I had to chug it... so I didn't taste any more of it on the way down, but the aftertaste was awful.I enjoy fruits and veggies and hope that this (gross tasting) stepping stone helps get me back to eating the real things. I'll continue to choke it down, but I won't be buying another bottle (ever again).I gave it 3 stars because it's not something I would buy under normal circumstances... I don't do all the juicing stuff, smoothies, etc... so this stuff doesn't interest me at all... I prefer whole foods, but unfortunately, it isn't an option for me at this time in the quantities that I need. I don't want to get ahead of myself and start going backwards on my road to recovery.
