iMBAPrice - 10 Roll of 450-4x6 Direct Thermal Labels for Zebra 2844 ZP-450 ZP-500 ZP-505 (1 inch core) - 95+60GSM Top Coated

I bought these because I was running low and my regular supplier was temporarily out of stock. The labels are not compatible with my Zebra LP 2844. When one prints it spits out several blank labels before stopping mid-label and throwing the machine into error mode. I have the roll as backup now in case I run out again but at least 3/4 of the labels get wasted and I constantly have to realign them with the printer. I’m not sure what this issue is because my other labels work fine and I have had this printer for 7 years so I don’t think it’s the printer.

I purchased these labels to go in a 4x6 label printer that we use at my wife's shop to print labels that they put on bags for merchandise special orders. The shop employees type the customer's name and special order contents on a label template and then print to this label printer; which prints out a nice black and white label with the shop logo and customer special order contents. These labels may also work well for 4x6 shipping labels, though we have not tested them in that operational scenario.

Best labels I've found so far for my Zebra LP-2844Z.These labels have perforations between the labels that make it easier to tear from the printer. They are also a brighter white and my thermal printer prints much better with these. I thought my printer was losing quality, but it turns out it was the last batch of labels I purchased from another supplier.I've been purchasing low quantities from different suppliers online trying to find the best labels and I think I just found them. I have one other batch I'll be testing before deciding, but so far these are the best quality and the price is outstanding for the lower quantities. I haven't compared the pricing on the larger quantities, yet.

Ive ordered these rolls for years and all of a sudden, they don't print properly. I have to constantly reprint because it's printing the info split on two labels. The paper isnt communicating with the printer. Now the printer is making a loud noise so we ordered a new one. Same thing, so we know it's not the printer.

The labels print nice and dark with good contrast. The only issue is that the labels have imperfections. When printing, there are small random areas that do not print due to label imperfections. If I switch to another brand label, the labels print perfectly.

I thought Zebra LP2844 printer was dying. Prints were barely visible. I tried cleaing print head and then spent 40 bucks for new one, but results were the same. I should've just bought these lables in the first place. Prints are now fantasitc, very dark, just amazing!I don't print much so I still have huge roll of labels that I bought 3-4 years ago, but I guess it does go bad over time...

For the most part, these are great labels. BUT ... when you get to the last 20 or so on a roll, they start to bubble up during the printing process rendering them unusable due to creases and folds being created across important bar codes. So they have to be handled by hand and slowly guided out of my laser printer to ensure no misfeeding occurs. This has happened with at least 95% of the rolls I've used. But still, the quality of the paper is great and they won't rip on you. Plus, they hold onto their color and clarity under various conditions of mail handling.

works good and the price is right. made in USA. no problems with fading or anything, my Zebra prints nice and dark on it. I do have an issue with the printer where if I tear the label at the printer, the printer then occasionally malfunctions feeding the next label. So if I have to tear a label at the printer, I cut the top edge of the label leaving a tiny slice of label and then the printer never malfunctions. I do not think this is the fault of the paper however, I think it's probably something with the printer settings or calibration. It is my first zebra and I'm using it on macintosh so it's all unexplored territory. I contacted the seller to see if they had any insight and they tried to help but their suggestions didn't really work on my system.

Si necesitáis contacta con el vendedor (en mi caso para pedir factura), no compréis porque le he enviado ya dos correos solicitando factura y no recibo respuesta alguna desde hace más de una semana que le envié el primero y 3 días del último correo. Además, las etiquetas llegan como manchadas a la semana y hay muchas que no se pueden utilizar (dudo además de que en este rollo haya 450 etiquetas. Creo que lo devolveré.Valoración: 0,5.
