so adorable! The kids always get a kick out of this book. Great in our math center.

Jan Thomas books are fun for kids and adults. The characters are expressive and their personalities come through in everybook. My class loves the running gag with the turnips!

Fun story-grandson is a bit young for it (2 1/2), but he likes the pictures

Small book for a first grade kid. More pages would be nice to make it a bit more challenging for the kid to read.

I guess that there's a part of me that never grew up, because I enjoyed this book as much as my 4 year old granddaughter.
