By Way of Deception (Volume 2) (A Nir Tavor Mossad Thriller)

Great spy thriller with just enough romance to keep it real. I especially like the backroom planning as it really helps me keep up with the why not just the how. Did a really good job with the background characters to they felt real. Pace was perfect to. Just a really good read, I bought book 3 before I was half through this one.

What makes this series so unique (actually there's a bunch of reasons it's unique!) is that as much as possible, it incudes actual Mossad operations, so the reader gets an inside peak of world headlines. Each book of the series focuses on a different nation that is included in the Ezekial 38 and 39 prophesies, which describes a gathering of Israel's adversaries from the north, and the subsequent war that is coming in the future. Amir and Steve weave fictional characters into the plot, as well as names you will hear on the world stage. A second unique quality is that the story line will appeal to anyone, whether they are secular or religious - it is fast paced and exciting and will engage the reader to keep reading way past their bedtimes! True to the Behold Israel foundations, the book also uniquely incorporates the Gospel message in a way that is unobtrusive and basic, allowing the reader to see the impact and development on it's main character, Jewish Mossad agent Nir Tavor. Can't wait for the next book in the series to come out!

This is one of the best books I have ever read. A gripping story with underlying truth, you feel like you are living in the middle of the story. Richly developed characters and an underlining plot. I could not put the book down.!

This was the second book in the Nir Tavor series, and it was even more exciting than the first. These books are hard to put down once you begin reading. The character development is so good that you begin to feel you actually know the characters. It is a wonderful explanation, along with fictional story, of the Middle East as it is today. It is also an exploration of the differing faiths of the main characters as they begin to see how their faith is developing. The entire series is wonderful and I hope everyone enjoys it as much as I did. The story development is as good as the character development. This book was also hard to put down once you begin.

It made things happening now in our time even more real but also much more understandable! And makes you respect the Mossad even more.

Theyre were 3 of this story & now 2more hv come out! Its an exciting (youd think real due to things happening now, was written b4 it happened!), exciting series, cant go wrong!

It's well written and easy to follow for a non military person and keeps you on the edge of seat! I read the first one and wondered if the 2nd would disappoint, but NO it is really good. Hope there is a 3rd...

Current affairs, Mossad style! Excellent read, looking forward to the next account from Agent Nor Tavor and his daring team.

10/10 bk1of3 “Operation Joktan” is just brilliant. THRILLER, SPYS , INTRIGUE & bit of romance Christmas around the cnr Joktan be a stocking filler for older older teenagers to grandparents. bk2of3 10/10 “ The Way of Deception” 10/10 equally brilliant. All of series it is Prophetic, it reads like todays News headlines. This 3bk “Out of the North” series is brilliantly written all are page turners to say the least. Also if you don’t want in your face graphic s-x every which way … Amir & Steve are such creative writers (they have no need to fill their books with s-x & 4 letter words) just edge of your seat exciting SPYCRAFT just descriptive thrilling storytelling at it best. So hope they make them into movies or TV series.
