Good solid bike. My son used it for several years and it's now a back up for whoever needs it.

Assembly parts should be uniform as per video instructions
Unfortunately when assembling this tricycle, all of the nuts and bolts that were separate in the instruction video was already screwed in place. This made assembly a bit confusing, however the most frustrating part was the front fender- one nut is so screwed in place it seems impossible to get out- even using WD40 AND White lithium. I wish the manufacturers would make the parts the same and not pre-attach it to the tricycle already.

How do I get a replacement wheels?
The product arrived on time. When assembling the bike, a rear wheel has a sharp edge on the wheel that has punched holes in 2 tubes. We placed an old wheel and tire assembly on the new bike so it could be used. I am disappointed in the quality of materials on this Schwinn. I also bought another Schwinn bike that had the same issue. I bought my first Schwinn for my paper route in 1964. It was very well made. The 5 Schwinn bikes I bought I need to last my employees at least 5 years. Not sure they will.

Very happy with this trike! It came as described with a bonus gear protector. Easy to put together and an awesome comfortable ride! LOVE LOVE LOVE IT! and its purty too!

Unstable and wobbly
I bought this bike for my autistic son and had the bike assembled, then rode it myself before showing it to my son. I was shocked at the feel of the bike. It was not stable. It felt wobbly and not because of the assembly. It was expertly assembled, but it's not a well-made bike. I've ridden 3 wheel adult bikes before that rode like tanks, but this feels flimsy. I'm very disappointed. I'm putting it up for sale on Nextdoor, because it is too much of a hassle to return.

I ordered this product because it is a Schwinn.
The product arrived reboxed. The box is covered with tape and was damaged. Hardware was missing and the front tire does not fit into the 'fork'.....I have been in contact with Schwinn and am waiting for instructions.....I do not blame AMAZON because the product is shipped from another company. I am a Marine Corps Combat Vet who requires the use of a walker and a cane to get around. I wanted this tricycle for exercise and walk my Service Dog Oscar. Thank you.
