Love this product-Saves me Time
I don't have to soak it forever before I use buckwheat now. I soak for about 15 min or so and then put in my waffle recipe and it works great.

A staple in my house
I make my own sprouted flour blend that is low gluten; this flour helps do that; buckwheat is full of nutrients and the sprouted aspect is a must for me. So glad to have found this.

I like that it’s organic and sprouted, I don’t like knowing that it’s not processed in Gluten free and soy free facility. I am gluten intolerant and my son has celiac disease so I might be ok with it but my son definitely could not eat any. So just be aware before buying. I do like not having to soak overnight and the taste is fine.
