I used the brush pick prior to flossing my teeth insuring that I remove all particles in between my teeth. The brush is flexible easily to glide in and around teeth and molars. I keep a pack in my purse and rather use instead of a toothpick.

I have a tooth implant where food gets caught on both sides, as well as a couple crowns that have a bit too much space between teeth. These brush picks are perfect for quick cleaning. I keep a few in my purse for use (out of sight in the restroom) when dining out.
