So... Ive been a photographer for years and never really tried macro photography... probably because I thought you needed expensive gear... I have other Godox products and heard about this and thought I'd try it. They are a great brand used by many. As you can see from the pictures it looks good on the camera, and the lighting in the dandelion picture was spot on. I plan on getting into more complex macro photography now I have the gear but this flash is so easy to use... its interface is the same as my other godox products so I knew how to use it. Ive seen macro flash gear for £400+ so was surprised to get something so good for this great price. Delivery was prompt and im very impressed by this product... so much so my friend now wants one too!

I have struggled for years with close up/Macro Photography lighting trying to get it right especially in low light or at night outdoors I like to try and Catch spider in their natural setting/webs Focusing in the dark has been a nightmare - To bright a torch and the Spiders run Not bright enough and cannot focus With this Flash I can is the Modeling light on low and Auto Focus for most of my shots It's a game changer for me

So nearly 5*, but not quite. Great value. Although it was bought for me as an Xmas present, the price is reasonable. It's got sufficient accessories. The performance is what I hoped. Not particularly intuitive, but the display is large and clear. After a few experiments I'm ready to take it out for insect chasing. I've used it a fair bit in the three days I've owned it, and the battery still shows full. It's plastic but feels solid enough. it's a bit fiddly to put on and it might not be that easy out on the field. It's heavier than I though it would be. My major irritation is the dreadful instructions. Difficult to read. Also, little on YouTube for talking me through the initial stages. I like it though and I would recommend it with the few minor caveats.

I purchased the equipment with macrophotography in mind, and the product met that requirement. It is obviously of good quality and had all of the accessories to make fitting possible. It took me no longer than 10 mins to have this up and running and I am very happy with the outcome.

This ring flash works very well with the Sony A7M4, though you are limited to 1/160s before you get banding (may be different with other models). You have control whether you want the LED light on and its brightness; with the flash, you can control which side to fire, both at the same time or differentiate the power on each side... Amazing. Would highly recommend.

Good flush but extremely not professionally engraved screws on the fixing adapter rings Screws on the attaching adapter rings are not properly engraved (please see the photo )so it is not only causing problems to screw on the lenses when attaching the flash, but it is also severely damaging the lenses screw for filters !!!

Flash ring falls off the lens if not kept horizontal no clip on steel adapter to hold it in place other than that a good flash

I purchased this ring flash with my Canon R5C and my primary reason for this purchase, it was significantly cheaper than buying Canon's ring flash. Plus I have used other ring flashes with my other cameras and found them to be invaluable. The strength of this flash, is that comes with a rechargable lithium battery. This means the flash will not deplete batteries as fast. Another good point of this flash, is its ability to be easy to use. However, from my experience this is not a TTL flash and I have found it is very difficult to remove from my lens. Worst yet, other ring flashes have a release button to add and remove from your lens, this one does not. My advice, if you can afford Canon's ring flash then purchase it. Otherwise, this is a good flash but be prepared for its limitations.

love this macro flash setup. The flash build quality is top notch. This improved my workflow and pictures. I use it on my 150mm sigma macro. Excellent results. Keep in mind that its NOT AUTO, so all AUTO features on your camera, ( auto iso and auto exposure) have to be turned off otherwise everything will be overexposed which is not a problem for my macro shooting.

使用感（使用カメラ：Olympus E-P7） 近接撮影をするためにマクロレンズと組み合わせて使用しました。リング全体がしっかりと被写体を照らしてくれるので、影の出方に悩まされることが少なく、光量も十分です。調光やモードの切り替えは直感的で、取扱説明書を熟読しなくてもすぐに使いこなせるレベル。マクロ撮影に慣れていない人でも「スイッチを入れればとりあえず使える」という手軽さがあります。特に小物の撮影では、細部まで明瞭に浮き上がるような描写が得られ、E-P7との組み合わせはカメラが小さくてアンバランスです。ある程度のレンズの口径まで対応しているのでカメラは一眼などの大きいほうが見た目のバランスはよいです。少しフロントヘビーになります。 注意点 ケーブルは太めでしっかりしているため、安心感はあるものの取り回しはやや不便に感じます。机上での静物撮影なら気になりません。また、レンズへの取り付けリングはやや硬めで、最初は装着・取り外しに少し力を要します。慣れてくればスムーズになりますが、最初のうちは壊さないかと不安になる場面もありました。付属品は欠けなく揃っており、ケースやアダプターリングも十分実用的。収納や持ち運びも安心できる構成になっています。 総評 これまで安価なリングライトを試して「光量が不足」「色が不自然」「耐久性に不安」といった不満を抱いてきましたが、この製品はそうしたストレスを解消してくれる存在です。値段だけを見れば安くはないものの、信頼できる光量と操作性を備えた“決定版”と言える仕上がり。マクロ撮影を本格的に楽しみたい人にとって、投資する価値は十分あります。特に過去に中途半端なリングライトを使ってがっかりした経験がある方には強くおすすめできる製品です。
