I have liked this product for a while, and helps supplement a program I am following. I have just received the latest shipment and they cookies are SIGNIFICANTLY smaller than the cookies in the past. Same price however. Is this a cheap way to make more profit?Not impressed (anymore) I did write to their customer service and they immediately refunded the total amount citing a probably production issue.Giving the benefit of the doubt I reordered - imagine my dismay when the box arrived today and again the cookies are definitely smaller than those I have previously received. I will be weighing them.

Each sleeve had cookies that were crumbled and messy to eat. I was able to only eat the bigger chunks of the crumbled cookies and a lot of it went to waste. I tried to return the product and Amazon won’t allow the return even though it’s within 30 days. I’ve been buying these cookies for years and have never had such a crumbled batch. It’s very disappointing and a complete waste of money.

Somewhere in the advertisement it indicated 'gluten free' . When I got them, they are not gluten free. Had bought for my daughter. So a waste of money. They aren't bad in taste, but came very broken as other reviews mentioned.

I really like both the freshness and the flavor of this product!

Terrible, it taste like it’s 10 years old, can’t even eat it. The ones I bought from dr office were so fresh, these even look orange. Gross.
