Jabra Evolve 30 II Mono MS - Professional Unified Communicaton Headset

I use these when I work from home all the time and the sound is great. They fit my head really well and are comfortable to wear. Work great for me!

It works. I am not rating noise cancelling because it is a single ear device and it wouldn't be fair to say that it doesn't do a decent job of noise cancelling when the noise you are hearing may likely be coming from your other ear.

First the good: sound quality is great, and people can hear me clearly without hearing much, if any, background noise. Now the not-so-good: I don't wear a headset all day, and that's good with these. They are not nearly as comfortable as my old Sennheisers , especially after 60-90 minutes of wear. I couldn't imagine trying to wear these all day. The other problem I've had is with the mute controls, particularly in Teams -- which this is reportedly made for. Sometimes the mute function on the disk syncs with the Teams desktop application, and sometimes it doesn't. I did download the Jabra desktop app, but that doesn't seem to help much. I'll give this a generous 4-stars, borderlining on 3-stars.

Has excellent sound quality. I have used it for work for more than six months with no issues.

Before buying this, I had read the reviews about poor audio volume, but took a chance anyway. Unfortunately it's true-- colleagues on a Zoom call could hear me better on my older Jabra UC VOICE 550 with the Speaker Output Level set at 50% compared to this headset at nearly 100%.Same thing in reverse-- they sounded louder to me on my older Jabra than on this one.Also found this headset less comfortable than my older one-- too tight head pressure after 1.5 hours.This one gets returned (thank you Amazon Returns policy).

Ordered multiples of these for the office. They work really well I just wish they were not so expensive.

This product sucks, not even into 6 months of purchase and it broke I have it with tape!!!
