Q: Can you project it from the inside of windowand see the image outside?

Yes there is an option for front or rear projection view as well as shadow or detailed view.

Q: I live in a high rise (8th floor) I have one wall that is all glass windows. Do you think you would be able to see this from the street?

My window was on the first floor. If people would see someone standing in front of your 8th floor window with a bright light in the background then they will see this. If I understood correctly your windows are floor to ceiling. I would think people would see the zombies if they looked up. I used plastic sheeting from home depot and a home theater projector. It looked pretty real. A lot of the zombie clips have the zombies walking up and smearing blood on/pushing on a plastic barrier so the effect with the plastic sheeting is pretty good.

Q: can you connect a projector to a laptop and play the dvd?

I have done that when i go camping , it should work. But not 100% if it will work with this .

Q: niwhere does it tell you what all you need, is it just the price of the dvd or do you have to by a projector as well and then what? how does it wirk!

It is just the dvd, you will need a projector and a silver shower curtain if you want to project it to be seen out of a window.
