Very cute & petite, yet seems to have a lot of power if ever needing to use. It's a little bit funny after turning on, then having to push the one end through for it to zap.

Really good product. But the on and off switch is not very good quality. Mines broke and for the price okay fine but the rest of the device was pretty decent so I expected that piece to be of better quality it’s trashed now but I’d get another maybe when I have extra money to spend

I haven't had a stun gun since the old 9v operated ones from decades ago. This thing definitely has more kick. I tried it on my leg and felt a bit of pain in the spot for an hour after (the old ones weren't nearly as painful)The prongs are flimsy and can be bent and tweaked for optimal spacing, but will probably eventually just break.The thing is LOUD. The noise and spark alone would make a good deterrent.Is it cheaply built? Yes. But it is kind of amazing for $12.

It stopped working 2 days after the return window closed. Then it started back working again. I need something to use for protection!!! I didn't buy this to use as a play toy!!! What if I needed to use it and it didn't work? I have bought about 5 different ones of these things. They are not always reliable!

When I first bought this product, I thought it was wonderful. It was small and convenient. However, after a month, I was making sure it still worked when the button was not pushing up. Very Cheap. Thought about replacing it with a new one, but didn’t want to take a risk again.

Product was used..box was open, bent and wasn't even closed..probably doesn't work..sending back a d buying from different vender

Tried to plug in charging USB cable to device and it pushed receiving end in. Does not charge.
