The media could not be loaded. Easy to use just fill with water and turn it on. The water falls down from each jug then onto the water wheel the sound is so relaxing, and at night the white led light illuminates the water flowing into the 2nd jug. A 2nd led is behind the water wheel and partly illuminates the water wheel.

Arrived when scheduled, packaged very well, and was very simple to set up. It now gurgles away quite happily in our little rockery (even with our Scottish weather). How long it will last, only time will tell but, for now it looks great and it's quite relaxing to sit and read to the gentle sound of running water.

Looks really nice to too big or small . Sounds lovely when working. Wasn’t sure if there was something missing at first but you have to look inside the fountain for a clear tube.Had loads of comments from friends about it and my mum has bought one too.Very happy with it.

The actual wheel pin was broken when I received it. I should of returned the item but my partner fixed it for me as it was only a minor fault.It is nice to see the wheel turning in the water, although you have to keep an eye on the water level.

Looks nice when the sun is out but does not hold any charge and stops as soon as a cloud comes over. Does not work like picture at night as soon as sun goes down it stops working,

Bought fountain end Jan put on patio couple months ago stopped working message seller to be told no warranty absolute joke a lot of money for fountain that doesn't work..

Constant attention to the water level because of the VERY small amount it holds

Sadly only worked properly for 1 day now it just stops then starts stops then starts...
