Certified Organic Fertility Support Tea

It’s been a couple months and I’m still taking the tea. No positive yet, but I have high hopes.

I purchased this tea after finding out I had ovarian cysts. I just went off hormonal birth control and am planning for a pregnancy, so I’m doing everything I can to restore balance in my body. I chose this herbal blend over the more popular brands after doing a lot of research. I drink two cups every morning to help with hormonal function throughout the day. If I skip a day, I crave it. That’s not all I do: I also cut out alcohol, chocolate, soy, and dairy from my diet, I’m eating fresh produce and grass-fed animal protein. Reducing stress is vital, and this tea helps me stay calm. I’ve noticed improvements in my mood and anxiety levels, which is a sign that my body is healing. I haven’t had ovarian pain for two weeks - I should mention that I’m also taking a black cohosh supplement daily, to which I attribute some of those improvements (do NOT take black cohosh once pregnant). I’m also taking a dandelion tincture in the morning for liver support, which is essential. I would advise not to expect miracles but rather to take a global approach when thinking about fertility, and learn as much as you can to support your body naturally while avoiding hormonal disruptors. I learned a lot from the Women’s Encyclopedia of Natural Medicine, by Tori Hudson. If you’re not a reader, the podcast Peace, Love, Hormones is a good resource. I will purchase this tea again!

Started drinking on CD2 - CD7. Started spotting/bleeding on CD12. Today is CD16 and I have a full blown period. Just save your money!

The flavor says mint but it’s not very minty, nevertheless it’s a good smooth flavor.

Best tasting fertility tea I’ve ever had.
