I came on Amazon and ordered them immediately. I am exclusively pumping for my baby girl (she was born premature so breastfeeding was not an option) with a Medela pump and these make the process more streamlined. I used to pump into a Medela bottle and then transfer to Lansinoh bags to freeze; now I pump into one bag (to freeze) and one bottle to feed my daughter at her next feeding. These are easy to insert before pumping and to remove when finished. My only concern is that the bag does stretch a little bit where this sits and I hope that doesn't affect the integrity of the bag in any way. So far I have NOT had an issue but will update my review if that changes. Definitely recommend these for pumping mommies as it skips a step in the pumping process and makes for one less thing to wash :) ### ⭐ It does not work with Spectra pump! *by L***R on May 16, 2017* The team claims it works with Spectra pump, that's why I bought it. Turns out it doesn't work at all. The adaptor is much narrower. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Time savers *by K***R on June 6, 2017* I am exclusively pumping, and these little things are such time savers!! I use one every time I pump (I just use one on one side, and pump into a bottle on the other side because I don't usually pump enough on each side to fill a bag, but both sides combined I fill a bag). For every pump, it's one less bottle to wash! It doesn't seem like a lot, but when you're pumping 8 times/day it adds up!
