More than a cookbook, an incredible story of the Tucci family, food and NYC during the MCM years.
We made this incredible delicious Pumpkin Swril Cheescake, a recipe from Carla Hall. And learned that Cheescake was one of the number one served desserts at Delmonico’s. This is such a great book. Ordering more for holiday gifts. A great gift for yourself or for your friends.

Amazing book with history and delicious recipes
I heard about The Delmonico Way on a podcast. I love NYC history so was anxious to get the book. It is better than I thought it would be. It’s beautifully done with the recipes of all those famous dishes you know about. I can’t wait to recreate fine NYC dining in my own kitchen. And if you love history …the stories are amazing. You can tell this was a labor of love by Max Tucci. This is a great gift.

An insight into the creation of the elegant dinning experience!
Max Tucci did an outstanding job of sharing his families creation of the Delmonico Dinning experience. The stories from prohibition speak easy, creating an environment that celebs and Wall Street Executives flocked to , and the recipes they created, are very interesting. The quality of the Hard Cover Book is very high end, just like Delmonico's. I really enjoyed it. I look forward to attempting some of the recipes. I highly recommend!John Durante
