Best Of: Savoy Brown

Great three cd set. However don't be fooled by the title. It is actually ' Make me sweat-1988 , Kings of Boogie -1989 and Live and Kickin'-1990 . Three very good albums , but not their greatest hits. Glad I bought the set , had I bought them separately it could have cost me $65.

Not one bad track across these 3 CD's. This is about as good a collection of the best of this great band's considerable output as you will ever find. 2 "studio" discs and a great "Live n' Kickin" live disc. Proves once again that Kim Simmonds was and remains one of the best guitarists in the world!

Love that old rock n roll. Street Corner Talking is my favorite cut. Overall a great album.

Love this , for me it’s incredible

This is not The Best of Savoy Brown but just three discs from one time frame of the band. They are good but not what you want if you are looking for the best of Savoy Brown!

Oh My! 3 CD's of Savoy Brown Music! If you love them like I do, you'll enjoy this 3 record set of all their stuff Live and studio....It's Fab!

the tracks are muddy and boring. The song list they played are not any that I have heard of before.

In the seventies, Savoy Brown played a kind of blues-rock music that would merge with Hard Rock and become metal. I dispute the notion that this album represents the best of the band, but best or not, it's pretty tepid stuff.

Esta banda tiene por costumbre hacer muy buenos temas y estos lo son. Se me hacen un poco cortos dos de los CDs, pero el tercero es un un directo memorable. Aunque la caja abulta mucho es curiosa.

Bought this album as an introduction to Savoy Brown, who are an outfit I‘m none too familiar with. As a fan of rock blues, all I can say is, how on earth did I not hear about you sooner. Thoroughly enjoyed this compilation, particularly the third ‘live’ disc. Would recommend to all lovers of rock blues. The packaging is a bit weird though.

Es musica setentera, pero muy bien elaborada y ejecutada, Kim Simmons y Savoy Brown son un excelente grupo de rock, boogi y blues

I am a big Savoy Brown fan. This is a 3 disc collection & only the third Disc which is a "Live " recording & a good quality recording of instruments but vocals recording very poor. Lot of screeching & overpowering of instruments.

I enjoyed the music, but there was no booklet, which was the downer for this 3 cd set
