Pathetic Quality and Over-Priced
Priced at almost 500, this entire party decor package is not only over priced, but also extremely cheap quality and literally a rip-off. Literally half of the Blue Balloons were damaged with holes, the rest were just old and stuck. Silver balloon was actually grey. The stand is nothing but a flimsy strip. At this price, I can pay a vendor and get a beautiful decoration done with 100 balloons. Not at all recommended
