what are the ingredients?

Hello kc, thank you for you for your post. The ingredients for this product include: Water, Sodium Chloride, Glycerin, Disodium Phosphate, Potassium Phosphate, Benzalkonium Chloride, Disodium EDTA.

The bottom of bottle is expired date?

It is salt water essentially. It helps the kids nasal passages stay clear - I wouldn't be concerned about the expiration date unless your child's doctor says otherwise.

Did it clear baby’s stuffy nose?

It didn’t clear completely all at once but after a couple drops and the nose suction it helped clear out the hard bigger booger’s

What if it gets into baby eyes ? What should I do ?

Saline is just water with sodium chloride (also known as salt water). Shouldn't be a big deal if it gets in the eyes.
