Not unlocked as it says in details
Says in details it is unlocked for all networks gsm. It wasn't and the carrier won't unlock without original owner permission. :/ spent a long time looking and reading phone details and this phone is useless to me. So frustrating that these phones are hit or miss and nobody verifies if the phone is unlocked. :(

Phone was pointless to buy
I can use the phone with wifi but my service provider was unable to connect it to my daughter's phone number and make or receive calls or texts. I have the same phone on my line, but apparently the last service provider locked the device because the previous user didn't pay their bill. Seller didn't know how to send the service provider a message to get it unlocked.

Wrong phone
The phone to be unlocked in its description but when I got it, it was for only for Verizon network only. So I returned it.
