Not solar. Great looking. Just the right lighting
I bought a set of these to go under the eaves of my patio. They are very nice looking and easy to set up. They do require an outlet to connect them but I installed a timer to it for automatic on and off during the daylight hours. I love them.

Lights are beautiful. Plastic bulb and very sturdy. Exactly as pictures and descriptions are correct. They are very long as stated. I overbought and will hang them above my house also and no need for Christmas lights ๐ happy with my purchase.

Great until they're not :(
I purchased these lights at the end of May this year. They have be fabulous, we love the ambiance they create in our backyard. However, I went to take my dogs out a couple hours ago and was confused as to why only half of our lights were on (we have them on a timer). I noticed the cord seems to have broken off basically right in the middle of the string of lights. So now I only have a half lit backyard. This is pretty disappointing since it hasn't even been a year.

Easy to install
Love these lights. Lightweight, easy to install and just need to plug in. Tried solar to save energy but lights were always falling down and would not stay lit. Like these ones much better.
