Pathetic customer care.
We bought this 2 yrs ago. And had no issue with the device as such. However when it stopped working outside warranty. Customer care tells me I have to get it repaired from my technician. What technician will know to repair this. I asked for references .. no response at all. I told her I am willing to pay . Still no responseVery disappointing. Had a bad experience with their so called ss304 grade stands too

Working good, silent in operation
Works quite well, and definitely helps contain kitchen odours.Much better than others like WasteKing. Comes with an AirSwitch (unlike any other in this price range) to keep you safe from electric shocks.If you do not wish to use the air switch, connect it once and press the switch to turn the machine On. Then you can disconnect the air switch, and just use the electric button to turn on/off.Perhaps the other reviewer who could not turn the machine on, had a similar issue.I had a different issue, since I have a double layered granite sink and counter, both the AirSwitch and the under sink plate mounting were short in depth. I had to call the granite grinder to reduce the granite thickness; would have appreciated to know this before-hand, so probably documentation needs an update. However normal SS sinks with round holes should not have any issue with mounting at all.Overall very value for money product. Still need to wait to check longetivity.<Usage report after about one year>Still no issues, working like it is supposed to. The rubber gaskets etc are still soft, and there are no issues with the machine and the kitchen is odor free.Air switch is very handy, and helps using with even wet hands without any danger of electrical shock.

Electric shock: Insulation issue
After 9 months of usage we started getting electric shock from the body of waste dispenser and also from the sink on which dispenser is attached. I informed this to the support team over WhatsApp channel. They were hesitant to replace or service the dispenser. Extremely disappointed and do not know how to repair the item. Any help is appreciated.

silent and powerful
It is one week only, long term usage is yet to verify. But so far it is working well, beyond my expectations.I installed it myself, easy to setup and use. Air Switch is also installed works perfectly.

The machine is working better than my expectations, very easy to instal. The air switch makes things very easy, no need for an electrical switch. totally concealed inside my kitchen trolley, Zero bio waste generation from my home.Environment friendly
