This collar broke within an hour of putting it on the cat. The cat is not very active by nature, so it wasn't that he did all kinds of crazy things and that's why it broke. The connectors are all flimsy plastic. I communicated with the company, and they sent me out a replacement collar. That one also broke within the first hour. The same plastic connector that broke the last time. To be clear, this was not the breakaway part of the collar, it was where the collar connected to one part of the fastening. Once could have been faulty materials. Twice is an poor quality of the plastic connectors used in the products. Not worth the price if it doesn't work.

So, I brought 4 collars for my cats, the good thing is that it came in one ( sometimes I get different packages event though is one buy ) , they came in a fair time. The bad thing is that the quality is not very durable, probably my fault because I didn't do more research?? Don't know but, it's like a swade material maybe ? Don't know how to explain but you can see in the pictures which is cool because it's not heavy but also not very durable and all my 4 cats are indoor cats and very lazy. The snap of the collar is very delicate so it's good if your cats are naughty but annoying if you have to be detective to find where the collar was left by your cat! I'll keep looking for other collars .4 stars because is not that bad for the price...

Originally, the collar seemed perfect, however the material its made out of is cheap and it broke within the first 2 months. My cat unclipped it himself multiple times scratching at it in the beginning because the clamp itself was very weak. I was always very gentle with the collar when taking it off to clean it, but after taking it off for the 5th time or so the plastic utself just snapped. Overall, you get what you pay for!!

Took forever to arrive, but super cute and good quality.

When I first receive this collar, I thought it would be wonderful. It certainly was light and I liked the identification plate. Unfortunately, I did not try it on my card at the time because I had a hard time getting it on him then when I finally tried it today it was unbelievably hard to get open and when I finally got it open, I put it on Jack and it was really big and then it was really hard to make it smaller. I couldn’t figure out how to adjust it it just seems like a stupid set up and I’m very upset that I bought it and now it’s too late to return it so I don’t recommend it unless you’re a rocket scientist..
