Risotto Spoon culinary must have!
I can’t believe how hard it was to actually GET a risotto spoon. Anyway, this company had them and I actually received it. Well made, great price, very happy with my purchase!

Surprisingly Terrific
First off, let me say that this is a very beautiful and sturdy spoon. I originally bought this spoon for risotto, but used it the other day when making Polenta (I have not made risotto with the new spoon). What makes this spoon so great, is the point on one side of the spoon. This point fits perfectly into the bottom edge of my three quart saucepan. This meant that I was able to thoroughly stir the polenta without any 'dead' spots.
