Yes I would coat entire substrate because it will have to bake on so I would

There is nothing on the package that states it’s food safe. Probably not a good idea to do so. It does give off a strong chemical smell when curing

Q: This product didn’t work? I followed direction and sublimation image did not stick. Is there a certain printer settings it should be?

You have to be using sublimination paper and sublimination ink in a sublimination printer for this to work. Then it works nicely.

Q: It says it can air dry for 24 hours does it still need to be cured and if so can it be cured by my heat press?

I heat cured mine after letting it dry 24 hours and it didn't work at all. I would try another product.
