Compact Ladder
My husband is a contractor, and very picky about his tools. I bought this ladder and I thought it would be fine for me, but he weighs 300 pounds and has to climb a ladder everyday. What I found was that it did exactly what I wanted it to do: stay out of the way, and allow me to pick limes off our tree in the front yard. When my husband saw the ladder in it's compact state, he asked what it was. I showed him how it telescopes, and how tall it gets. He climbed the ladder and had some comments: He said it was very sturdy and the steps were very tall. He was also thrilled with how compact it was when stowed. For my part, you should know that it is very heavy, but it has 2 very convenient wheels, that makes it easy to move around. Raising and lowering is simple, but follow the caution signs on the instructions so you don't get any pinched fingers when lowering it. The ladder stores easily in any of the cargo bays and takes up very little room.

10ft A frame ladder with approximately 8ft max reach
I found that the maximum reach for this ladder in A frame setup is roughly comparable to that of an 8ft ladder and not 10ft as expected. The user can't step on the top three rungs of the ladder thus reducing the reach significantly. Beside being unstable, there is a sign that says not to step on the top three rungs. I had a standard 10ft A frame ladder to compare against this ladder and found the reach to be significantly less. This was a deal breaker for me because I bought this ladder to meet that 10ft requirement. I did not see this limitation stated by any of the reviews I looked at for this ladder. This ladder does appear to be good quality with dual stabilizer bars. Deploying this ladder does require more work but does seem worth it if space saving features are important.

Gets to high ceilings
We moved into a new home with very high ceilings and I needed something to get up to the smoke detector. This ladder is very heavy, but does have wheels to roll it to where you need it. It's easy to expand and the contract back for storage. The levers seem solid and durable. The rungs are very thin, and spaced quite a ways apart so you have to take large steps to get up or down them. That is the main reason I did not give this 5 stars. If it had somewhat deeper steps and they were slightly closer together it would be perfect. While it is heavy, it doesn't feel particularly solid as it expands and gets taller, but even though I'm a heavy guy (275 lbs) it held up well as I had to go very high on it. I've only used it as an A-frame but it evidently can be configured in other ways if needed. It got the job done, although I still have no idea why someone would put a smoke detector at the highest point in the home in an entryway.

Great extension ladder and easy to store.
I bought this ladder for regular house use and been using it for a few months now. Decided to leave a review as this has served the purpose. I really like it. It’s light weight and very well made. It’s sturdy and extends well with ease. It’s safe to use on even and uneven surface. It’s small enough to be stored easily and extends well enough for high reach. Love this ladder.

Dangerous - do not use
I wanted to like this ladder, but it's just as heavy as a Little Giant, more cumbersome, and takes way longer to set up and take down. As such, I rarely used the ladder. We had it about 11 months and only used it 5-6 times when it failed. Extended as a straight ladder, at the proper 4:1 slope, a crew member climbed about half-way up and the tubular leg buckled, resulting in an approximate 7-9 foot drop and personal injury. The guy weighed less than 200 pounds and was not carrying any tools. I definitely would not recommend this ladder!

Professional roofers opinion: good product.
Great product! I get lots of questions about this ladder and I bought it specifically because I put this in the back of my Hyundai Kona and when I tell my customers that I have a ladder in my car, they’re amazed to see me pull out a 20 foot ladder out of a Small vehicle. I’ve had this ladder extended to the full 20 feet and I’ve had some of my larger roofing buddies with tools use it. so I can testify that it operates well fully extended and under heavy load.

You Will Regret It... DON'T DO IT!
Very expensive and not very 100% confident in its stability. Almost ALL of the lock tabs DO NOT show locked, they dont push in at all... they move easly to unlock, but they dont slide into the loc position, it seems like they are locked, but its very scary to "assume" they are locked instead of being 100% confident they are, especially when you life is on the line. Its also a tough task to extend on your own. I was excited about and then regretted the purchase right away! would only stick to the much smaller telescoping ladders, and move to the folding ones that DO NOT telescope, at least with this brand.
