This kaftan in size 3X was loosely comfortable for someone who wears size 20 and sometimes size 18. It's a tad long and there were a few loose threads to pick out. Other than that, it's perfect for those days that vary from dull to 'summer' within hours. I wear it with loose trousers on the cooler days and as it comes, when the sun streams inside from the sea.

I'm 5ft 10 size 14 and having read other reviews ordered the XXL. All my other kaftans are size Large. Fit is good, but I'd say anyone bigger than 18 it will be too snug, will lose the lose airy feel. I got it to throw on after a shower and chill in.the garden/house etc so it's fit for purpose, thicker than other kaftans I have so warmer. I'd like to flag that the front v neck split is very low on the one I received, about an inch below the bust so a bit revealing from some angles, I'll be adding a button or a stitch. Washed twice now, no issues so far and dries fast

It's pretty and exactly what I was shopping for: a swimsuit cover-up!! I would not wear this as a dress unless I had on a FULL SLIP underneath because it's a little see-thru. It's thin like rayon, even though it LOOKS like a thick linen. I like it, it looks just like the pictures, but just know that if you pop it on over a bra and panties, people will know you're not wearing a slip. It does take awhile to arrive -- so order a month before you go on holiday!

I have 3 of these dresses now. A reasonable price and obviously I like them and the pocket on the front is useful when you're a mum and end up carrying stuff round. Will still be wearing them in winter over leggings and long sleeves T's. I'm an aging hippy in my 40's so they are comfortable and suit me well. So far they have washed OK and they are easy to iron, which is another plus. Nothing unravelling so the stiching is fairly good.

I ordered the small size but comes out very long, I also found some of the sewing was coming undone under one arm before I had chance to wear it. Washes well at 40 degree, no problems there. Fabric much more lightweight than Looks on photo and for me, it doesn’t have a Kaftan feel as I had hoped, but more like a light weight maxi dress, so it depends what you are looking for. Had I not washed it already, I would have returned it. So it’s a sewing remake job for me.

It’s a loose fitting cotton dress, a bit see through but I wear it around the house and in the heatwave it has been very cool. I wouldn’t wear it as a dress, but around the house instead of warm fluffy pj’s or dressing gown it’s great.

This looks and feels so good. Suprisingly the horizontally striped pocket on the front slims me down. Only negative is that I had to sew the neckline up a bit - I'm only 5ft tall and the deep split went to the bottom of my bra strap
