I wasn’t a believer, especially in claims that after just 7 days you feel relieve from joint and muscle pain .I took these , 1 a day till the package was empty ( 30 days ) . I did not take any other supplements containing high Vit D, C and Mag during that time . I finished them 10 days ago and after about the forth day without them I felt the little aches and pains that I had almost forgotten about slowly returning. I tried to tell myself that its because I slept on my arm or on my bad side or the pillow was too flat , anything but that this could be from stopping Estroven. Now 14 days after stopping Estroven Active , I got all my aches and pain back like before and I just ordered more and the price is excellent here on Amazon , even got a coupon . The Estroven company of course doesn’t write their proprietary blend on the bottle , whatever is in it surely gave me relief.During the time I took Estroven Stay Active (very convenient to take , no giant horse pill , with or without food, ) I woke up without wrist , neck or back pain like I do now without them , and that allowed me to cut back on otc pain meds most days after the first week it took Estroven’s Active ingredients to build up in my system . I did not need any otc pain meds which is “golden” . All I said to myself this morning was , hey you buy these again because they did work for you . All I can show you is the empty pack the new one comes tomorrow. I cant wait ! If you suffer from mild to moderate joint , muscle pain , neck discomfort lower back pain and nerve damage, that eaking up with asleep hands and arms during and after menopause , give these a try , I sincerely hope they work as well for you as they work for me.

Updated review: (updated to 5 stars from 4) I took these regularly for 3 weeks and thought I was seeing improvement in my hip and joint pain. Then I went on vacation for a week and forgot to bring them. I could barely walk by the time I got home. The next day I took one in the afternoon, and almost immediately could walk again without pain. Even my husband was shocked. I am honestly surprised and impressed, and plan to continue taking them regularly for my hip and joint pain (which hasn't been able to be diagnosed as being caused by anything in particular at this point).Original review:In the past few years I've started developing joint/hip/knee pain that comes and goes. I started taking these as directed, and within a week I did notice a difference. It hasn't been a magic cure-all, but it is definitely a noticeable difference.

I take estroven daily, added these for the bone health but after 3 months noticed no difference

These capsules really work. The pills come blister packed. Dosage is one a day. My mother has bad arthritis and joint pain. I have injury induced back pain and occasionally knee pain. I take a glucosamine MSM supplement that helps. These really made a difference easing and relieving pain and stiffness. My mother thought they helped too, though not to the extent I did. Impressed.

I had to do a little research on this supplement before taking it as I was not familiar with the "univestin proprietary blend." I would encourage anyone to do similar research before taking a supplement. What I really like about these is that they do not contain estrogen and near as I can tell, this blend doesn't raise estrogen, which is important to me.I especially like that it contains vitamin D, calcium and magnesium, which my doctor recommended I take to maintain my bones as I age. I like that this helps aches and pains as our hormones changing affects all of that too.i think this is a supplement that is reasonably priced and worth considering for someone menopausal who doesn't want to increase estrogen but wants to take care of themselves as their bodies change.

I bought this to help with joint paint. I have not noticed any difference. Not buying again.

I've been taking Estroven Stay Active for about 10 days now and I have to say I can feel improvement in my body. The ache in my hips that plagued me is gone. The improvement was subtle... I felt a little better each day, until I woke up and realized that my hips weren't hurting. Wow!I like knowing that these tablets are non-GMO, gluten-free and dairy-free, and that they contain no soy. Although this contains a small amount of Vit D, Calcium, and Magnesium, I think the most helpful ingredient is the proprietary blend called Univestin which is made of 2 root extracts. I don't know exactly how they work, but I can say it's working for me.
