They work
My mother was being plagued by deer in her garden. The mess they leave was awful. No more! My husband easily put these randomly on her fence and they work. But put them so they get plenty of sun.

The lights do strobe, but foxes simply ignore it.

Total waste of money. Does not work. Viewed foxes & badgers totally ignored lights as if they were not there. Buyers beware if you have money to waste go ahead and purchase you have been warned.
