I love it..just set it up it was a bit tricky..but once u got going it was easy..steam was so good..it is kinda small I'm about 150 and I fit perfectly my husband 180 and he fit..I really didn't car for a chair I just sat inside and put my whole body in for about 10min to start I loved it my joints felt so good afterwards and muscles omgWorth the purchase ..it is a weird looking thing and I have no idea where to put it. But it does work great

Not worth the money I spent!!!! The machine that makes the steam doesn't even work!!!! Do not buy this product from this seller!!!! Doesn't even deserve the one star I gave it!!!!

The portable steamer is ok for me. I didn't feel the size was large enough and Im a small person. Also, a towel is needed around the neck opening to prevent steam from escaping. It isnt very portable unless you assemble and reassemble it each time you want to move it to a different area. It is too flimsy to pick up and move . On a positive note, it does produce a good steam. 30 minutes of steam time is adequate for detoxing.

This does not burn fat. It helps reduce weight by getting rid of water weight. So if you are obese this may help reduce some weight by sweating. For people in shape and not obese this may not help you as drastically. No actual calorie burner here. But there are other benefits like joint pain relief, cardiovascular flow, and it can help clear out pores on your skin. Overall, it is about 30 min a day and it helps you stay on track for weight loss. Quick and easy if you do it in the morning before work. Quality of the item is better than expected. Although it's no 5 star resort, it is good for its intended purpose.

Took three tries before I received this product due to USPS' inadequacies. The sales lady was very helpful called me directly with updates. Thank you "T".In any case, this was a gift for my mother who suffers from muscle pain and joint stiffness. Setting up the tent was straight forward but I think the instructions should include pictures. Once setup, getting in was easy enough for my mom who is not a small woman. It takes about 5-10 minutes for the water to boil and release all that steam but once it does the tent gets hot quickly. I had to change the steam power settings from 5 (medium) to 9 (highest) to ensure that my mom would remain comfortable enough. After about 20 minutes in the tent and then a quick shower my mom admitted to feeling more loose. She felt less stiffness in her joints and muscles. Going up and down the stairs seemed less painful. I should acknowledge that relaxation is just temporary because the stiffness returned the next day. My wife, who does not suffer from muscle pains or stiffness, also tried it and absolutely loved it. One more thing: we filled the water boiling unit to max. After 50 minute of use, most of the water is still there...So, the steam sauna does bring relief from pain and stiffness but it is only temporary.5 stars because my two special ladies loved it.

The steam pot lid melted twice after less than a few months of use!

I just used it 2 or 3 times so far, but it is completely satisfactory.

I was little unsecured buying this item because it didn't have any reviews but I'm very happy i bought it I enjoy coming from work and relax is worth it every single penny is super hot the steam makes my skin look moisture and I just love it I can go on and on it just works for my needs 😊
