Knight and Day (Three-Disc Blu-ray/DVD Combo+ Digital Copy)

I never knew how much I needed Cameron Diaz and Tom Cruise as a couple in my life. When you think about it, they're the perfect onscreen pair. Age appropriate, mega stars, both really into action-y stuff in real life...although Tom Cruise is the OG with this. Chemistry seemed forced at the start but was really convincing about 1/3 of the way through. This was just adorable and fun. I've never personally been taken with Tom Cruise but he was a fox in this. Cameron Diaz played this very truthfully and the dude from Little Miss Sunshine was such comedic release gold. Like many feel-good Cameron Diaz films, I would watch this again and again. It's a real gift to have something so purely lighthearted and entertaining. 10/10 from me.

I'm disabled. Mostly bed-bound. I search and search for a good well balanced movie ... tv series ... and after ten year of going from an athlete / bungee jumper etc... to being a bed-bound - high spirited, mostly sci fi geek. I came across this movie ... it is was fun, exciting and sweet all at the same time ..(I'm not usually big on "sweet" or "sappy" - . This movie is hard to place in a category.... as a rule, I don't usually go for most romantic comedies or the constant car chase - shoot'em up movies ... or horror movies ...or politically charged movies... so finding something for me is tough. I'm a sci-fy geek mostly ... with a little Top Gun / MI / and Downton Abbey thrown in from time to time... but THIS had a little bit of almost everything to keep me entertained without rolling my eyes like the snob I can be with movies.... while it will not win any major awards ... it helped me forget about my physical pain for a while.... I'm not even a huge Tom Cruise fan ... but have liked his MI series and other similar films such as the M.D. series: Borne Identity ... This ended up being so much better than I thought. Really. I don't write a lot of reviews ... but this one I had to... it distracted me from horrible physical pain and very few movies can detracted me from that kind of suffering. I was in a bad/sad mood when I started watching it and then enjoyed myself. I only wish I would have purchased this one from instant video instead of renting. Next time I'm feeling down with nothing to watch I might give it a second look... and I normally dislike watching a movie more than once .. I get board easily. Not sure why I liked this so much ... but I just loved it. Maybe t was just what I needed. Go for it!

I thought this pairing of Cruise & Cameron was romantically one of the best of his career. I loved the action and witty and fun interplay between these two characters. I laughed frequently and the movie keeps you engaged. I wish they had done more movies together. She definitely stands her ground athletically in this movie. And a line we repeat often in my family, “ with me, without me…”

So what if it's a cheesy, somewhat silly, tongue in cheek movie. This is just a sweet, pleasant movie that leaves you entertained & happy at the end. There is no cussing, no sex & it's nice to see Tom Cruise being light-hearted & comedic. I love this movie.Oh. But get the extended version. This version does not have the speech that April gives at her wedding about June (Cameron Diaz's character) & honestly, that is an important scene.

I really liked Cruise and Diaz in this movie. They just clicked.You get your fill of action and comedy and scenery....and you get two top notch acting performances that at first you can't understand why it works but by the end of the movie you can't picture it ending any other way.The motorcycle scene was a bit too much but everything else fired on all cylinders.

It is all those things and more! We were so taken by this film that we had to watch it several times and buy it for our own video library because we knew we'd want to watch it over (and over) again. Cameron Diaz and Tom Cruise are fantastic in action and in comedy. Cute Cute Cute! All of the locations are exotic and exciting, beautiful and charming. The special features that came with the disc we bought made us like the film even more, and gave us added respect for the actors, their skills, and their eagerness and expertise in doing their own stunts.....including the infamous leg-kick that happened in practice!A product from truly talented people both in front of and behind the camera.

You will have to see it to believe it. Tom has Done it AGAIN..and can't wait to see HIM IN TOP GUN 2.. " Maverick "..been waiting 2 years because covid-19 put a hold on everything....👍👍👍👍👍

Genuine tour de force of action and hilarity. Spot on target acting from Tom Cruise and Cameron Diaz. These two actors have such chemistry in this movie; you don’t want the film to end. Their chance meeting on an airplane develops into chain reactions of circumstances/situations of non-stop action and that’s funny too scenes!! Yes you can say I like this movie a lot.

A few spoilers. This movie felt like a live action cartoon in places, as if Tom was trying to be Ethan Hunt when doing stunts but without the drama or suspense, Tom goes from one crazy situation after the next but it's as if he's rolling his eyes with something he could do in his sleep. The bad guys chasing after a ✌device✌ which in this case is a battery which never runs out of power (I know) & some humour which felt a bit forced, what I watched was an okay but nothing special action/thriller comedy with a lead character played by Tom who seems more or less invincible.The ending however was copied in Mission Impossible 6, both had Tom's characters ending up in a hospital bed in critical condition.While it made a change to watch a movie which was how movies used to be before the wokeness, we are talking 2010 here, it's unlikely I'll be watching this one again anytime soon, I thought The Tourist, which was also released in 2010 was a better movie. I can't give this one 4/5, so I chose 3 instead though this one is about 3 & 1/2 out of 5.

The film advertised on Amazon.co.uk by Music Magpie shows a ' Triple Play' Extended Cut for sale. Which l ordered.But when it arrived there was NO triple play or extended edition. Just an ex rental copy. NOT what l ordered or what was shown for sale , ie: " False Advertising ".Not what l expected of a multi- million pound company. Very disappointing.

Tom Cruise is a likeable super-spy all through the film. Cameron Diaz starts off as a likeable though unconvincing specialist auto mechanic, but after having her life saved by Tom she starts to grate as her behaviour becomes more and more that of an ungrateful and over-indulged teenager. The final scenes when she suddenly becomes a skilled badass herself and turns the tables on Tom feel rushed and unearnt.

I bought this for my wife as he is a Tom Cruise fan, don’t know why, she has got her own Tom Cruise ( me ) What can I say it’s a great DVD came well packaged no scratches replaced well it was good value for money collected about the storyline but it’s a good film.

Film I have brought twice. First one I gave away as they were addicted and then I had to buy again for me! Good for all!
