I love everything about this coloring book. The one-sided Illustrations are beautiful. I like the paper quality (because it fits my coloring style), but it does look and feel like “typing paper”. You will need to add another sheet of paper or card stock behind the page you are coloring if using anything other than a pen or marker. Oh and there are more beautiful images than what I have shown below. :-)

I love that this coloring book has a lot of gorgeous styling from the 50s and 60s era. The main images and background just have enough details, making it enjoyable to color. I would have given it a higher score if the images fit properly in the frame. There are several pages wherein the feet are cut off - which I don't get since shoes are part of fashion. If that is not an issue for you, then this is a good book to add to your fashion coloring book collection.

This has the potential to be glamorous fashions. Clothing is pretty much everyday, back in the 50's and 60's.If you are the artist who enjoys detailing and shadowing you have to add it. This is not the book I hoped for because I expected extravagant evening wear and some over the top styles. Backgrounds for models are kitchens, living rooms and libraries, women being at home. There are many many pages for coloring.

I love this book... and I was NOT given it free. Well worth the price. As for any criticism, this is not a $50.00 fashion book. But so fun and easy to add the small details some of us well remember. Very glad I purchased.

well i rarely give a poor review but this is one....paper thin..pictures and not fun or attractive to color...the outfits some do not match the 1950-60 so sorry i purchased this will not purchase anymore like it....so sad cause i love to water color/use markers /and finetip pens but not in this book.....

I was given a digital version of this book, so I can;t say anything about the quality of the paper, or the binding of the book. I liked the drawings in the book. Fashion plates from the 50s and 60s with an interior from that time in the background. The book is mainly about the clothes, but I have to say that I also really liked the interior, I would love it if even more attention was paid to it. I would also like it if the ladies were a bit more active within their interior. As far as the drawings are concerned, I thought some of the faces had a bit of a creepy smile, otherwise they were much the same figures, except for a few ladies who had a somewhat fuller figure, they were mostly these same kind of mannequin figures.If one is mainly concerned with the fashion plates, it is an excellent coloring book. I did notice that fashion from the 50s was more represented. If someone likes to color different types of fashion on different types of ladies in different environments, this is also a suitable book, but it could be even better.I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
