Great quality Master lock

RV Battery Box Locks. Thinking out of the box.
Was needing a way to secure my double battery box lock brackets to the box while keeping pressure on the brackets. These locks worked perfect for my need and keeps just the right amount of squeeze to the brackets while locking closed. Only thing to make them better is to offer same key for two locks but I can live with this. Awesome set-up!

Not keyed the same!!!
The locks are nice but the are definitely not keyed the same. Maybe by the description of keyed alike they mean the keys are similar but won’t open any of the other locks but let me assure you all four locks require different keys. Now I get to carry four keys and guess which one goes where defeating the whole purpose of this purchase. I did look back and the description and notice that it does say not keyed alike so I’ve updated my review for just the lock.

Good lock but ...
Good lock but wasn't able to fit it on either my camper hitch or my trailer hitch. The opening wasn't quite wide enough to go around the hitch.

It's a pretty lock, but it will ONLY keep honest people honest
I bought these knowing that it might not fit the application I had in mind; it did not; however, I wanted a few Master Locks to practice picking on.. Even then, these are not great locks to practice picking on because these locks are really easy to pick, even for a beginner..Then it gets worse. With a sharp tool, picking is not needed. You'd think that Master Lock would update their locks for known security flaws, but not Master Lock. With the right sharp instrument, the lock can be opened within mere fractions of a second; no picking necessary. So, I still have a set of locks to practice picking on. I would not use them, for security, beyond locking the rear gate to a backyard. The fit and finish is great; Master Lock spends their time making the locks pretty; but the internals, are far worse that an amateur can bypass this in a second. But these locks are indeed "Made in China" ...

These work as advertised
Been using these for a couple of years and have had no issues so far. My trailer is outside and exposed to elements but after 3 years still no issues. Works great on the coupler. Yes a determined thief could break them but these are only made as a deterrent. Lastly no rust which is a surprise.
