Replacement LED Module for 2016-2019 Ford Explorer Headlight Unit Controller Part FB53-13B626-B

Ballast was a direct replacement for my failed factory ballast. Once installed it fixed the DRL and headlight and works perfectly. I did contact customer service and they were very responsive and helpful with an issue I had. I would highly recommend them to others.

Ok my 2018 Ford Explorer which has LED lights. Ford wanted $200.00 bucks just to diagnose the problem but would not apply the 200 bucks to the repair. I left Ford and used my husband’s repair shop. I was told that it could be the module or the module and the entire light assembly would need to be changed out. I took a chance and just ordered the module. The new module fixed the problem completely. This module was new and it took about 10 minutes for repair to be completed. My lights are working fine and for the price I saved over $700.00 dollars I would recommend this and give it a 10.

The item didn’t work so it is going to cost me another $500 to replace the item. On the part it says if dropped put aside. Well the item came in a bag with NO care involved to prevent any kind of falls. I’m sure it got thrown around in the facility and again by the Amazon driver n then dropped at the door when delivered. At that price who can afford to continue to replace the item!!! Bad bad packing and delivery!

Good and backed product. My old one got burned due to water damage and I thought I fixed the seal. The new one worked but I didn’t properly seal it so moisture got in over a year later, however the suppliers were very very nice and even replaced it for me free of charge a year later according to their warranty.

Works perfect in my 2016 Explorer with the optional factory LED headlights. Been in use for several months and no issue.

Once I figured out the best way to get this switched out without taking the whole front end apart things went pretty smoothly. I only wish it had come with replacements screws as I lost one of the original screws for a while. Trying to take the 4 screws out from above is nearly impossible. I ended up removing the tire and inner wheel well. Also dropped the windshield fluid reservoir and fog light but left them connected. This allowed a decent amout of room to reach all 4 screws. Small 1/4 drive ratchet is a must and I was surprised that the screw heads were 9/32, thought for sure they would be metric.

Product went bad after ONE day. I wish I can get my money back.

Segun me habian comentado que este modulo era el problema en mi faro bajas de ford explorer limited 2016. No me resolvio el problema , parece que es el led que no funciona y para eso hay que cambiar el faro completo. Probe el modulo en el otro faro y funciona bien asi que pongo una buena calificacion porque si funciona y es compatible con ford explorer limited 2016.
