Had a manufacturers tell me to use RJ-11 accessories to connect a control cable. Didn’t work so looked at cable closer and saw it had 6 wires. Bought the correct cable and this connector and everything worked!

Straight through?
Maybe I don't know what "straight through" means, but I used this coupling to extend the RJ12 cable from an inverter remote to the inverter and the wires get switched around in this coupling so the red and green indicator lights on the remote switch are backwatds.

Great coupler for ham radio microphones
Works perfectly as a coupler for my microphone cable on my Yaesu FT-7900 dual band transceiver. The standard mic cable is too short for where my control head is so this coupler and a piece of standard 6-conductor phone cable is the solution.

Not a straight through connector
Definitely not wired straight through. Did not work until I took it apart and re-wired it. Very disappointed.
