Super delicious and so far is my favorite jerky of all time. Love how chewy it is and the flavor is so tasty it gets my mouth watering just thinking about it.

Good flavour but note to any South Africans wanting biltong…this is not it

This is FABULOUS jerky! I contracted Alpha Gal Symdrome a month ago and cannot eat beef, bison or any dairy product, which to a person who could eat $60 of beef jerky in about 24 hours, was devastating. So when I say, THANK YOU, I truly mean it!

The ostrich meat has a really good flavor. It is smoky, well seasoned, and has a rich taste that I enjoyed. The only downside is the texture. The meat is very tough, much tougher than I expected, which made it harder to enjoy fully. If the texture were softer, this would be an excellent jerky. Otherwise, the flavor itself is great and I did enjoy that part of it.

My son has alpha gal. He was wanting to try ostrich. Sadly his first response was, It's like chewing on a tire. Maybe he is just used to a less dry jerky.

My husband is allergic to meat and this was a great substitute for beef jerky! He did not have any reactions at all! He said it is as good as beef jerky! Great product and Alpha Gal friendly!
