Q: How can these be displayed at a party? Table toppers? Taped to the wall?

I used mine on a music bulletin board (stapled to it), so I would suggest either taped to the wall, or perhaps hung by string from the ceiling.

Q: What are the dimensions of this item?

They look really nice and are larger than you think. We decorated a whole room with one package. There was a good variety of instruments.

Q: can i place one of these cutouts on a sheet cake as a topper?

They may be too big to fit on a sheet cake. It would have to be a large sheet cake to fit.
