Adjustable sub crossover frequency between 45 and 63hz allows you to set easily for each song to maximize output without distortion. Sometimes clipping occurs on higher notes but not on lower notes on a given song. Sometimes you need your sub to help your mids out down low. Depends on song and recording level. In dash eq's are adjustable with knobs from the dash in real time. No scrolling through menus on the HU or moments of music cutting out for a second every time an adjustment is made. Also no apps or going to the back of the car every time you need to adjust. Makes your system much more fun for the user. Also the parametric sub channel eliminates need for a bass knob. Additionally, the other EQ bands only affect the front and rear channels so basically you can adjust crossover points and shape sound without looking, by ear if that's your thing. I have about 19 eq's including an old school Alpine Ere g180 and this is my favorite right now. Great center frequencies on the EQ. Definitely recommend. Develop a good ear and you will hear how it's supposed to sound with this EQ. Hear things you didn't know were in the song.

This product is the worst I have seen in all my years of using audio equipment. The sound is the worst 3 of the keys dont work. Worst!!!!!
