Q: How many coats should you use for each tire?

I only used one coat on both sides between the wheel and the tire bead. And they’re still holding air. It’s been more than a year since I’ve used the bead sealer.

Q: Should you apply the coat on the rim bead or tire bead or both?

You can apply on the rim bead but usually i do both Thank you

Q: Do you break bead then apply,or can u just spread in the crack of bead amd let set up then inflate?

I would completely break the bead, apply as instructed. If you don't, I doubt that it will seal any tiny leaks or areas that are causing leaks. It would be wise, if you are having trouble with slow leaks to completely break and then wire brush the rim, then apply and inflate. That's the way I'd do it.
