Hi. I ordered a pair, hoping it was the large (17cm) but got the standard instead (16cm). When ordering, it doesn’t display options. why is that?

Hello there, We apologies as this could be due to the the other sizes being out of stock. We can process a swift return, just contact us directly. kind regards Bear Grip Team

What’s the difference between rubber and rubber small . Is this the wrist size ?

Hello there, The difference is the wrist and rubber palm size. kind regards Bear Grip Team

Does anyone know if these are machine washable? What’s best way to wash/clean them?

I would not machine wash these. I always air dry after use to prevent bacteria build up. Hand wash in warm soapy water (easiest when you shower after gym) hang to dry.

Do these work well with the lat pull down bar??

These work well with any kind of fitness bar. Haven't come across one that didn't fit these straps.
