Very good picture quality and night vision with light. Sound is also very clear. Of course you have to buy the account to store the image in the cloud or buy a SD card but so worth the price.

With memory card , no subscription needed to monitor my house throughout the day.

The pros...Images are very clear. Spotlight is super bright. Sound quality is good both as a recording and with being able to speak through it. Super easy to set up. I've got 3 outside and 1 inside and they all hold wifi connection great. The magnets are strong. One of mine I didn't bother putting the hardware up on the brick because it holds perfectly to the air conditioner.I did pay for the cloud storage.My cons...I'm not a huge fan of the app and there are some quirks about the cameras.Even with adjusting the sensitivity, it's either too low or super sensitive. Medium doesn't seem to be a happy in between.I wish I could set the spotlight to not turn on at all. It's fine outside but annoying in my living room when it pops on.The front one will pick up every car that drives by but doesn't always pick me up pulling in the driveway. Rarely does it register me getting in or out of the car either.The one watching my pets will often tell me it picked up a human but it has yet to tell me it picked out a pet. The same one will randomly tell me there's a package when there's been no change in the view BUT the camera sitting at my side door where packages get delivered won't register the package.The one in the backyard tells me it spotted a human but when I watch the video, it's nothing but dust or a bug flying by.I think the app could be streamlined a lot better than it is. Overall it's easy enough to use but there's nothing to explain what features are for what so I've had to get online and look them up. That's easy enough, of course, but it's just something that's not super user friendly. The written directions should have a breakdown.Overall though, for the money, it's a good buy. I'm not unhappy with them even though I have the list of cons, they're minor enough.Make sure you order the right kind for your wifi. I accidentally ordered the wrong ones but the return was simple and I got my refund right away.

So I've tried these cameras out for about 3 months now. I have gow through several cameras in the last year to replace my phone camera which work amazing but the app is still very new and I nrhe process of making rinda better but I was tired of being a gunies pig and it just wasn't recording incidents that I need a full recording of. So here I am in the smart boat except LaViews cameras as just awful. Now I'm stuck with 4 camera that I don't even use. So here are all the cons I can think of.1- Pricing is terrible. They have a package deal for 3 cameras and 5 cameras. I only had 4 cameras so of course I got the package for 5 but I felt like I was paying for an extra camera I did not have.2- so I recently checked my credit card statements and I was billed by LaView so many extra times and I was granted a free month for the cameras not recording properly but I don't see a free month on my billing statement. Quit the opposite3- cameras picked up motion but would start recording after the motion took place. So I'd there wa a person walking by like my back porch, it would show the person already 100 ft away from my camera so I couldn't really tell if it was someone I knew it not.4- even from short distances, if you zoomed in on the cameras I still couldn't get a clear view as to what I was looking at so truly the cameras were no good for an evidence which cops come to me as I live in a apartment complex that is filed with violence and they ask for footage quit often and these cameras not only didn't pick up on half of the scene but also the clarury of subjects was very questionable.5- customer service will respond to you but they have yet to resolve a y of my issues and I'm asking what I should do with these 4 cameras I'm stuck with and also asked about all these charges days ago and sti waiting for a response6- if you don't have such threats at your home and you have very little going on and you don't pan o meeting robbed I guess these would be an ok camera to keep on eye on your plants when you aren't home. Cause if you have any movement in your home or outsie, it might get caught on camera if your lucky.Thanks LaView for a 4 month stint of headaches and uncertainty.
