I mix in a breakfast smoothie along with beet and citrus line and some other stuff. Don’t notice any flavor, due to beets and other components. Never used it before. The combination was to improve mental alertness, which it does. But I was surprised that it helps a lot with dizziness. I have had problems with dizziness for years, never expected to find any help for it.
