Good stuff!
This was my first spool of ABS I had ever used, so needless to say I'm a bit of a rookie when it comes to printing the stuff. Once I got my print settings and bed adhesion method ironed out (Elmers glue stick on a Boro glass bed) I'm really happy with the strength and finish of this material! The filament measured +/- 0.02 with one exception of a 1.67mm read that I got, but it hasn't had a noticeable impact in any of my prints. Good flow at 230-260C, good adhesion at 105-110C for the bed and very low odor (don't even notice). I do feel like I have seen other filaments that print just as well for less, but if I have the extra funds I will definitely purchase this again! Plus being from Ohio as well I had a little bit of brand loyalty by default!Update: I went home to Ohio and while I was there they were nice enough to give me a tour! Their QA is outstanding and they truly stand behind their product!

A+ filament. First choise, even above PLA
Surface Quality: A++. The best surface quality I have achieved 3D printing has been with this filament, even better results than high quality PLA. It looks/feels smooth and silky.Support Removal: A+. Ideal for organic shapes and complex structures. The support comes off easily without residues. Once again, better than PLA, PETG and PC.Overhangs: A, I use this filament when I require to beat very challenging overhangs. It works like a champ, better than PLA and PETG, but still not as good as doing overhangs with Polycarbonate.Layer adhesion: A+, Very good, the external perimeter is silky and smooth and the internal layers are strong.Buildplate adhesion; B-, It is tough, buT doable. Before every print, please deeply clean your buildplate and preheat for at least 30 min. Set your nozzle height to <0.20mm and print slow using a brim. Thats what works for me, every time.Post-work: A++, extremely easy to glue, extremly easy to paint, Surface quality is so good that sanding is not even needed.Smell: A. Not noticeable with a closed chamberOverall: A+. IC3D ABS filament is my workhorse. I prefer it over PLA of anybrand. and I recomend if for pretty much any application. What can be improved?. Roll size. It is slightly wider than most rolls, which is a nuisance because it does not fit the standar spool holder of my Raise3D N2.

Doesn't work well for me (using Flashforge Creator Pro with PEI bed). First layer doesn't stick well and lamination is not good. I tried different temperatures (up to 240c) but still not good. I had better success with other non black filaments from Hatchbox and IC3D. I recently gravitate more and more to Hatchbox ABS filaments, better price and so far they all gave me very good printing results.Edit: added a picture with sample prints with Hatchbox yellow, IC3D red, IC3D blue and IC3D black (the subject of my review). The IC3D black I got underperforms consistently, except for very simple models.

Wonderful Customer Service!
A little backstory. I ordered this red 1.75mm filament last week, however what I received was 3mm filament. I posted a comment under the seller feedback section, stating that I had received it in a timely manner but that I was disappointed to have been delivered the wrong filament size. Well the owner/supplier contacted me very shortly after I posted the review, was extremely gracious and apologetic and assured me they would ship me out a new and correct roll of 1.75mm, however they even went above and beyond this to try to make things right. Not only did they send me the 1.75mm red at no cost to me, they also sent me a second roll of the natural. I am happy to support a new company and would highly recommend their product, based solely on their wonderful customer service. I will update later after I have tried the filament to let you know how it is working. I have also purchased a roll of black filament to try.**Update** I have been using this filament for about a week now, and I absolutely love it! I have tried a variety of ABS from different companies and the quality of this IC3D filament is of noticeable difference. It produces very high quality looking prints, I am ordering a second spool of this red because I love it so much!

Best filament I've used, and I've got a suitcase full.
I have been using hatchbox and thought it was great among the cheaper filaments. It completed a lot of prints, and some going on for days without error.... but!I was searching for a new brand out of curiosity and found this, nestled in between the $20 filaments and the $45+ filaments..man.. its like printing with hot buttery manna. SO smooth. Makes my prints look like things you'd find on the cover of make magazine.Used the same settings I use for all ABS, 230C being the main one of interestI've only tried the neutral ABS, but I think I'll be buying a lot of this.-- Update-- having a bit of trouble getting it to stick to my platform. Some things stick well, others dont. Never had a problem with any other filament (other than nylon). It likes to warp. Thing I'm printing is kind of a bathtub shape. Printed a few versions and none will stick for the duration. Other shapes seem to do fine... Even printing a brim, it pulls up. I've used hairspray (always worked with everything before) and glue sticks.

Great quality and Value
I've been using IC3D filament for the last few days of prototyping, and I am quite impressed. The consistency is great, no feeding issues or weird artifacts from inconsistent diameter of the filament. The filament is currently being used in a Da Vinci 1.0 with the temperature of extrusion at 230°C, while the heated platform is at 90°C. Considerably better filament than what comes in the XYZ proprietary cartriges. Very impressed with the results and thank you Michael for the incredible customer service and genuine kindness involved with our transaction. Consistent, accurate and quite vibrant. Tested against a few competitors in the Da Vinci, this has been the best so far. This will be the only filament I use, and I highly would recommend this filament to anyone.

Best filament I've tried for less than half the price !
This filament is great ! It is absolutely compatible with my Makerbot Replicator 2X - it even has the exact same spool, same temperatures too. It actually makes smoother and nicer prints than my genuine Makerbot filament. Like, way nicer. For less than half the price. I've used Bumat filaments too, but their ABS filament is a different temperature which is a pain if you forget to set it. This IC3D ABS filament is great because you use identical parameters as Makerbot filament.
