The real raw and beautiful narration of the journey of the author through his struggle with stress, mental health, relationship with parents and how he is healing still.. this book is an example of vulnerability being a superpower/strength. A must read! anyone can relate at some point.. its almost like a guide on how to save yourself if you feel depressed or overstressed..

Honest, courageous and inspiring. He is my Hero.
Of a disarming honesty and depth of mind that I honestly did not expect. As a person (me) who fears the judgment of others, he is truly my hero. Heartfelt thanks to Zachary Levi, and thank you for the Audiobook!! Hearing the story from the Author was "Awesome"!!

You’ll want to find Zachary Levi and hug him!
I have adored Zachary Levi since he was Chuck. I pre-ordered his book. I thought it would be his life story….which was definitely a part of it, but it was also his mental health journey. Zachary walks you through the dysfunction of his life growing up and how that critically effected his mental health. From being suicidal to healing from his past trauma to being able to love himself. Zachary walks you through all of it. He also uses the F word a lot. So if that offends you, heads up. I am proud that Zachary was brave enough to share his story in a time where mental health still doesn’t get the attention it deserves.

Real & Cathartic on dealing with Emotional & Mental Awareness
Thank you Zac Levi, for being brave enough to share your experiences with the world. Dealing with generational trauma within the family has always been very difficult for many. Yet, we do find ourselves repeating the hated words from our childhood, during high emotional times in our lowest moments as adults, to others. We make mistakes, but we learn from it. This book shows how even a highly charismatic, charming individual, has those extreme lows, struggles, and lets us know that we are not alone. It’s good to have someone to talk to, forgive ourselves, forgive others, and find Grace. This is a very well thought out book, and has helped me to stop listening to that voice in my head, when I’m at a low point, and that you can love someone, but not have a relationship with them, due to the unhealthy vitriol they throw at the world. All we can do, is breath, and just be.

"All Out of Love" for yourself? READ THIS
If you are familiar with Zachary Levi, then you know the "performance" in reading his own work will not disappoint. Like the lovable goofball he is, he speaks clearly and with all the emotion his book requires. He gives each person a unique voice during the dialog to engage the audience as well as entertain. This is such a real, raw memoir from Zachary Levi's emotional journey through mental wellness. Humans have always been captivated by a good story; from cave drawings to Voltaire to the next paranormal romance craze. Each chapter in this story, starts with a positive message followed by a smooth transition into a glimpse of Zac's both distant and more immediate past experiences. By the end of each chapter, I experienced reactions ranging from, "Holy $***!" to "What the #*@%?!" to trying to collect my jaw up off the floor. He explains his point of view very eloquently, leaving himself vulnerable to the ruthless, albeit hurting, social media critics. He explains that his faith, which is rooted in Christianity, played a major roll in his healing process, along with several different types of therapy specialist including a nutritionist, life coach, and fitness routine. More than one approach is required to healing mental trauma. This is not a "pray-the-depression-away" book. Zac acknowledges other beliefs and comes across as supportive of whatever you choose to believe or not believe. I also feel it worth mentioning how respectfully he wrote about his past romantic relationships. This story's purpose is to help each of us to understand, accept, forgive, and love each other. And it starts within yourself. We're all broken, in one way or another, and we all deserve grace. We all deserve love. Unyielding, no-strings-attached, radical love.

Moving! Powerful! Profound!
I had already been a fan of Zachary Levi for many years, so I was very excited to read this book and hear his story. I was beyond moved at how raw and powerful this book is. He does not hide his insecurities and his struggles with mental health. His passion for helping others who are struggling with their own mental health is inspiring. I urge everyone who has struggled with mental health or knows someone struggling to read this book, gift this book. You will not be disappointed!
