What is shown is not sold...
1. Product delivered with different interior. I purchased the bag, as I loved the red interior as shown in selling window. Now there is not a single spot of red color.2. There is no side bag in the delivered item. A big side bag portion was shown in selling window. In delivered item, it is just an extra bottle bag.3. In selling window, an extra zipped compartment was shown in laptop portion, no such thing in delivered item.4. Though, material seems to be water resistant but no flap protection is given on zips/chains. Hence water will definitely flow inside bag in rains.5. Zipper quality is not good.

Very Good Bag
At first, the lock didn’t work so I contacted the number via WhatsApp. Very fast customer service replied to me showing me 2 videos. I tried a lot for about half an hour and it opened. I’m satisfied with this bag and it was worth the money

Cheap quality.
The bag looks good in picture. Poor built quality overpriced but the only good thing is the lot of space in it. It's a bulky bag with less durability and very uncomfortable when on shoulders. Waterproofing is 2/10. The security feature lured me for buying the product but that's useless the Chain cannot be locked due to bad positioning. i dont think it's worth the money.
